☞ Cleanses Major Blood Vessels and Activates Blood Circulation: This therapy enhances blood flow by cleansing the major blood vessels, promoting better circulation.
☞ Cleanses Lymphatic Glands and Blood Vessels: Especially effective for the soles of the feet, cupping removes unnecessary medicine residue from the body, preventing it from spreading throughout the body.
☞ Stimulates Reflex Zones: It activates the body’s reflex zones, enhancing the brain’s focus on affected areas, ensuring prompt responses to required actions.
☞ Clears Energy Pathways: This therapy clears the pathways for energy flow inside the body, helping to boost vitality. It was discovered by the Chinese and Japanese about 5000 years ago.
☞ Removes Unnecessary Medication and Toxins Post-Treatment: Cupping is highly effective in absorbing residual unnecessary medication and toxins from the skin and muscles. It facilitates the removal of uric acid from the blood and crystals from joints, helping in the treatment of gout.
☞ Enhances Blood Supply: Cupping therapy is needed to increase blood supply to specific areas or to address poor circulation in certain organs.
☞ Boosts General Immunity: By stimulating immunity glands, particularly the thymus gland located along the 4th vertebra of the back, cupping enhances the body’s natural defense mechanisms.
☞ Hormonal Regulation: Cupping along the 7th cervical vertebra of the neck aids in hormonal regulation.
☞ Mental Health Benefits: Cupping at specific vertebrae – the 7th cervical, the 5th lumbar, and the 1st lumbar with the 12th thoracic – helps manage nervousness, anger, depression, exhaustion, reactions, cruelty, and recklessness, improving the patient’s mental state. Hijama for Treating Poisoning:
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated that a Jewish woman served poisoned meat to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). When he was informed about it, he sent for her and asked, “Why did you do that?” She replied, “If you are truly Allah’s Messenger, He will inform you, and if you are not, I would save people from you.”
When the Prophet (PBUH) felt the pain from the poison, he underwent Hijama. Once, while in Ihram, he felt the pain during a journey and again opted for Hijama. [Ahmad 1/305]
